A Baguette pizza !🥖✨

What’s better than a pizza !? A baguette pizza, you guys !🥖
The good news is that you don’t have to be a chef to make it. Anyone can make it. So let’s get rolling!💛

PREP TIME : 10-12 MINS

COOKING TIME : 20-25 MINS

INGREDIENTS :
Baguette🥖
Red, green and yellow bell peppers🫑
Tomatoes🍅
Oregano
Salt
Black pepper
Pizza seasoning
Paprika
Chilli flakes
Thyme
Garlic powder
Mozzarella cheese
Freshly chopped garlic
Fresh Basil for garnish (optional)

METHOD :
Cut open the baguette in half along the length. Rub some olive oil on it and pop it in the oven for 5 minutes to get it a little toasty.

In the meantime, puree some Tomatoes. Heat up a pan, drizzle some olive oil and then pour freshly chopped garlic into it and saute it till a little golden brown. Then, pour in the tomato puree and saute. Add all the spices – salt, black pepper, thyme, paprika, chilli flakes, garlic powder, pizza seasoning.

⭕Add it in good amount for the flavour to really some through since that is the sauce we will be spreading on the baguette.⭕

Let it cook on low to medium heat for about 4-5 minutes. You can keep the consistency according to your liking. I kept it not too thick and too flowy.

Also, keep an eye on your baguette. It just has to be there for 5 minutes. Just gettin’ it a roasty – toasty !😋

Once everything is done. Spread some generous amount of sauce on your baguette. Top it with round slices of bell peppers and here, you’re free to pop in your favourite toppings. It can be baby corn, onions, cherry tomatoes whatever you like.
Further, load it with cheese and pour some paprika and pizza seasoning over it.

🥖✨Bake it until the cheese is perfectly melted. Garnish it with freshly chopped Basil and you’re good to go.
Share it with your friends and family and they’ll fall in love with this delicious baguette pizza !❤️

Golden vanilla waffles with an ultimate apple sauce 🥞

Want to have a relaxing breakfast on a weekend !? Waffles are a perfect match for it. I tried a fusion recipe by mixing classic golden vanilla waffles with an ultimate apple sauce and they turned out to be the most gorgeous and delicious waffle fusion recipe !🥞
This waffle recipe will give you amazing crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside waffles ! Also, they’re really easy to make.💕
This recipe will make 2 big yummy full round waffles.

Ingredients :

For waffles :-
Fine flour – 1 cup
Fresh cream -1/2 cup
Milk – 1/3 cup
Vanilla essence 1 tablespoon
Powdered sugar- 2/3 cup
Melted butter – 1/3 cup
Pinch of baking soda
Baking powder -one and one fourth teaspoon

For apple sauce :-
Apples – 3 big apples
Cinnamon sticks – 1
Cinnamon powder – 2 teaspoons
Lemon -1
Powdered sugar – 1 cup (you can add more according to your taste)
Nutmeg – 1 teaspoon (optional but recommended)
Butter – 1 tablespoon

Let’s begin the process !
Let’s make the apple sauce first. Take a big bowl and add your roughly chopped apples (the size depends on you), powdered sugar and squeeze the lemon. Mix well and keep aside for 5 minutes.
Then, take a pan and add some butter. Then, add your apple mixture and cinnamon sticks, cinnamon powder and nutmeg, basically everything !
Let it simmer on low heat for the next minutes. Keep stirring occasionally.

Now, let’s get to the waffles !
Take a bowl, add melted butter and fresh cream (room temperature) and mix for a minute. Then add sugar and mix for a minute straight so that it’s incorporated into the cream and butter mixture well.

❗At this stage, if you see any lumps in your batter it might be because you used cold fresh cream with melted butter. To fix this, make sure you add WARM milk and not too hot ! (The quantity of milk is given in the ingredients section above)

If you dont find any lumps well and good then. Continue with room temperature, normal milk.

After this, add baking soda and baking powder to your butter, fresh cream, sugar and milk mixture. Mix it well and add your flour little at a time so that there are no lumps formed.

❗Make sure the waffle batter is in flowing consistency. If it’s too thick then add some milk and if it’s like watery consistency then add some flour. Adjust accordingly !

Its time to check your apple sauce now. Mix it well and take it out in a jar.
Bake your waffles in a waffle iron.

Put the waffles on a cooling rack after baking for a minute. Then, plate it up ! That’s my favourite part.

Place the waffle on the plate. Add your classic apple sauce, drizzle some honey and chop up some crunchy almonds to go with it. And there you have your classic golden vanilla waffles with an ultimate apple sauce ! Yum.❤️

They’re really delicious and such a fresh combination. Do try it and let me know how you liked it !💓

Yum. Take my word and make these; you’ll fall in love !❤️😌

Jumbo burger recipe !

Burgers are one of my most favourite meals to have. They are like a flavour bomb !
Feeling a bit low !? Or maybe a little too happy – here’s how you can enhance any of your blues or moods !!
Try out my jumbo burger recipe and tell me how it was !

Preparation time : 40-45 mins.

Cooking time : 10-15 mins.

Ingredients :

Burger buns
Cheese slices
Your favourite veggies
Mayonnaise
Ketchup
Red chilli powder
Chat masala
Lemon juice
Boiled potatoes
Coriander
Green chilli
Ginger garlic paste
Bread crumbs
Regular spice box
Salt and black pepper
Oregano and chilli flakes
Honey mustard sauce
Sriracha sauce
Jalapenos (optional)
Bhut Jolokia sauce (optional ; would recommend only if you’re a spice lover)

Method :

First off, we are going to start my taking the burger patty. For that, you need a bowl and then add mashed and boiled potatoes, some salt, some red chilli powder, chat masala, lemon juice, finely chopped green chilli/chillies (depending on how much spice you like) some peas, finely chopped onion, ginger garlic paste, freshly chopped coriander and bread crumbs for binding it all together. Make round patties and either pan/shallow fry them if you’re health conscious or you can very well go ahead and deep fry them !
.
Now, the special burger mayonnaise has to be made. In a bowl, add some white regular mayonnaise, add some ketchup and red chilli powder. Mix it all together and there you have your special burger sauce !
.
Prepare your veggies now – slice up some beautiful red onion, tomatoes, red, yellow and green bell peppers and you can also use some cabbage leaves or lettuce to lay it on the burger buns ! Here you can totally enjoy yourself and use your favourite veggies. Use anything you like, to put in your burger. I love bell peppers for one because they add such a crunchy texture to the burger and second because they are so colourful and gorgeous.
.
Assembling time !
Heat up your pan and apply some butter to your burger buns and just brown them ! Be careful, we just have to brown them very little ; maybe 30 seconds on one side or even less. Watch out your buns !!
.
Then, spread some of your special mayonnaise on the lower side of the bun. Place your lettuce or cabbage leaf if you have any. Then just enjoy and play ! Place your patty and then some of the veggies that you sliced up and then load your burger with the amount of cheese you like and garnish it with jalapenos (optional).
You can use any other sauces that you like to pour into the burger. I used honey mustard, Sriracha and Bhut Jolokia. You can put the sauces after placing your patty or before, your choice.

Before closing your Jumbo burger, sprinkle some salt and pepper and any other seasoning that you might like , maybe chilli flakes and you’re good to go.

Eggless banana bread

Prep time : 10 mins

Cooking time : 40-50 mins. (Subject to changes)

Ingredients :

Ripe bananas – 4

All purpose flour – 2 cups

Cinnamon powder and ginger powder – 1 tablespoon

Baking powder – 1 teaspoon

Baking soda – 1/2 teaspoon

Butter – 1/2 cup, softened

Castor sugar – 1 cup

Milk – 1/2 cup

Walnuts and almonds – 1/2 cup

Let’s start !

Method :

Starting with the basics of baking, you prepare the wet ingredients and dry ingredients seperately. First of all, preheat the oven at 180°. So let us start with the dry ingredients first. Take a bowl and put the all purpose flour, cinnamon powder, ginger powder, baking powder, baking soda in it. Then give it a nice mix and keep aside.

Prepare the wet ingredients by mixing the softened butter and Castor sugar together. Make sure that the butter is softened a bit before mixing otherwise it will be difficult to mix. Then, add the bananas to the bowl and mix well. Add the milk and mix again. Finally, add walnuts and almonds or any dry fruit of your choice.

So, we are done with the wet and dry ingredients and now let’s mix them. Take the dry ingredients and slowly put it into the wet ingredients’ bowl. Start by folding the dry ingredients nicely into the wet ingredients. Gradually, add the entire mixture and mix well.

The batter is prepared. Tranfer it into your favourite bowl or loaf pan after buttering it so that the banana bread doesn’t stick to the bowl and bake it in the oven at 180° for 40-50 minutes. Make sure, it is preheated!

Tip : How to know if the banana bread is properly baked. Poke a toothpick inside it, if it comes out clean then it is baked properly however, if some batter sticks to it that means it needs more time !

After taking it out of the oven, wait for it to cool down, then serve ! 🌸

Enjoy your banana bread ! 💜

Pizza cheese dosa

Prep time : 5-7 mins

Cooking time : 5 mins.

Ingredients :

Red, yellow and green bell peppers

Cabbage

Onions

Thinly sliced green chilli

Schezwan sauce

Peri peri masala

Salt and black pepper

Oregano

Chilli flakes

Cheese

Oil

Dosa batter (for making this check out my dosa batter recipe)

Method :

First off, cut the vegetables (red, green and yellow bell peppers, cabbage and onion and green chillies) and thoroughly wash them and keep aside.

Take a tawa pan and put it on medium flame. Then clean it with a bit of water to remove any dust or oily particles. Then with a big spoon, take a generous amount of dosa batter in a big spoon and spread it around the tawa pan in circular motion, this might need it a bit of practice. Then put a tablespoon of oil over it, try not to put too much.

Then comes the fun part, smear the dosa with a spoonful of schezwan sauce and put the vegetables on the dosa, spread it around nicely so it covers the entire dosa. Something like this ! 👇🏼

Then sprinkle spices like oregano and chilli flakes and salt and black pepper and loads and loads of cheese.

Let it cook for about a minute.

Roll the dosa, once the sides are cooked and start leaving the tawa pan.

Your dosa is cooked. Take it on a plate and cut it into equal pieces and make them stand on a plate. Then top it with some more cheese, because why not !?

Serve hot ! ♥️

Sunshine toastie with mustard and jalapeno rings.

Prep time : 30-35 mins.

Cooking time : 10 mins.

Ingredients :

– bread loaf

– cheese spread and cheese slices

– exotic vegetables (broccoli, red, yellow and green bell peppers)

– cabbage leaves

– a nice red and plump beetroot

– cottage cheese

– spice mix (oregano, chilli flakes, salt and black pepper)

– sauces ( mustard sauce, peri peri sauce and veg mayonnaise)

Method :

Cut the bread loaf into standard pieces and keep aside. Start off with sauteing the exotic vegetables in olive oil, then add the spices and stir well for 2-3 mins. Then, add the sauces and give it a nice mix. Let it simmer for 4-5 mins. Get the sauteed vegetables off the pan and keep aside.

Now, pickle the beetroot. Cut the beetroot into rings and boil it in water for 1-2 mins. Then add some water in a bowl and put the beetroot in it and add some lemon juice and a bit of vinegar. Keep it aside.

Move onto preparing the cottage cheese. Take your standard green chutney made from freshly chopped coriander and the regular spice mix. With your hands, crush the cottage cheese into small lumps and mix two tablespoons of green chutney, stir well and keep aside.

Lastly, pan roast the big, green cabbage leaves with a few drops of olive oil until a bit moist and charred. Do not burn them; just a bit of smoky flavour.

Lastly, start assembling and cooking everything. Take two bread slices and generously smear cheese spread on it then put the cabbage leaf on it and spread the sauteed vegetables mixture on it, further cover it with another cabbage leaf. On the other bread slice, spread the cottage cheese preparation and put pickled beetroots on it. Then take a cheese slice and put it over the bread slice. Sprinkle some oregano and chilli flakes and some salt to taste.
Then, pan roast the toastie and serve hot with mustard sauce and your favourite sides !
