A Baguette pizza !🥖✨

What’s better than a pizza !? A baguette pizza, you guys !🥖
The good news is that you don’t have to be a chef to make it. Anyone can make it. So let’s get rolling!💛

PREP TIME : 10-12 MINS

COOKING TIME : 20-25 MINS

INGREDIENTS :
Baguette🥖
Red, green and yellow bell peppers🫑
Tomatoes🍅
Oregano
Salt
Black pepper
Pizza seasoning
Paprika
Chilli flakes
Thyme
Garlic powder
Mozzarella cheese
Freshly chopped garlic
Fresh Basil for garnish (optional)

METHOD :
Cut open the baguette in half along the length. Rub some olive oil on it and pop it in the oven for 5 minutes to get it a little toasty.

In the meantime, puree some Tomatoes. Heat up a pan, drizzle some olive oil and then pour freshly chopped garlic into it and saute it till a little golden brown. Then, pour in the tomato puree and saute. Add all the spices – salt, black pepper, thyme, paprika, chilli flakes, garlic powder, pizza seasoning.

⭕Add it in good amount for the flavour to really some through since that is the sauce we will be spreading on the baguette.⭕

Let it cook on low to medium heat for about 4-5 minutes. You can keep the consistency according to your liking. I kept it not too thick and too flowy.

Also, keep an eye on your baguette. It just has to be there for 5 minutes. Just gettin’ it a roasty – toasty !😋

Once everything is done. Spread some generous amount of sauce on your baguette. Top it with round slices of bell peppers and here, you’re free to pop in your favourite toppings. It can be baby corn, onions, cherry tomatoes whatever you like.
Further, load it with cheese and pour some paprika and pizza seasoning over it.

🥖✨Bake it until the cheese is perfectly melted. Garnish it with freshly chopped Basil and you’re good to go.
Share it with your friends and family and they’ll fall in love with this delicious baguette pizza !❤️

Jumbo burger recipe !

Burgers are one of my most favourite meals to have. They are like a flavour bomb !
Feeling a bit low !? Or maybe a little too happy – here’s how you can enhance any of your blues or moods !!
Try out my jumbo burger recipe and tell me how it was !

Preparation time : 40-45 mins.

Cooking time : 10-15 mins.

Ingredients :

Burger buns
Cheese slices
Your favourite veggies
Mayonnaise
Ketchup
Red chilli powder
Chat masala
Lemon juice
Boiled potatoes
Coriander
Green chilli
Ginger garlic paste
Bread crumbs
Regular spice box
Salt and black pepper
Oregano and chilli flakes
Honey mustard sauce
Sriracha sauce
Jalapenos (optional)
Bhut Jolokia sauce (optional ; would recommend only if you’re a spice lover)

Method :

First off, we are going to start my taking the burger patty. For that, you need a bowl and then add mashed and boiled potatoes, some salt, some red chilli powder, chat masala, lemon juice, finely chopped green chilli/chillies (depending on how much spice you like) some peas, finely chopped onion, ginger garlic paste, freshly chopped coriander and bread crumbs for binding it all together. Make round patties and either pan/shallow fry them if you’re health conscious or you can very well go ahead and deep fry them !
.
Now, the special burger mayonnaise has to be made. In a bowl, add some white regular mayonnaise, add some ketchup and red chilli powder. Mix it all together and there you have your special burger sauce !
.
Prepare your veggies now – slice up some beautiful red onion, tomatoes, red, yellow and green bell peppers and you can also use some cabbage leaves or lettuce to lay it on the burger buns ! Here you can totally enjoy yourself and use your favourite veggies. Use anything you like, to put in your burger. I love bell peppers for one because they add such a crunchy texture to the burger and second because they are so colourful and gorgeous.
.
Assembling time !
Heat up your pan and apply some butter to your burger buns and just brown them ! Be careful, we just have to brown them very little ; maybe 30 seconds on one side or even less. Watch out your buns !!
.
Then, spread some of your special mayonnaise on the lower side of the bun. Place your lettuce or cabbage leaf if you have any. Then just enjoy and play ! Place your patty and then some of the veggies that you sliced up and then load your burger with the amount of cheese you like and garnish it with jalapenos (optional).
You can use any other sauces that you like to pour into the burger. I used honey mustard, Sriracha and Bhut Jolokia. You can put the sauces after placing your patty or before, your choice.

Before closing your Jumbo burger, sprinkle some salt and pepper and any other seasoning that you might like , maybe chilli flakes and you’re good to go.

Mix veg Tikki with a cheesy centre !🤤

Ever wanted to have something quick and totally yummy for snacks ? Well, here’s my mom’s tikki recipe that I use for making delicious cheesy tikkis !

Do try these and let me know if you liked them too !

Preparation time : 30 minutes

Cooking time : 15 mins

Ingredients :

1. Boiled Potato, carrots, cabbage, spinach, corn and any other vegetable of your liking.
2.Gram flour (besan, roasted)
3.Dry fruits blend or crushed (optional)
4.Green chilli, garlic and ginger paste
5. Regular masalas – roasted cumin powder, red chilli powder, salt, black pepper, garam masala, chat masala
6. Freshly cut coriander leaves.
7. Mozzarella cheese.

Method :

Mix all these ingredients and form round tikkis. (You can add bread crumbs also for binding the tikkis better.)

While making tikkis, put mozzarella cheese in between and then fold it. So that when you bite into them you have a cheesy lava flowing out ! Uff !

I shallow fried these on a pan; you know being a little health conscious is good considering that almost all of us these days have become slaves to a sedentary lifestyle.

However, you can also deep fry them for extra flavour and crunch.

And voila, It’s done. Serve your tikkis with ketchup or spicy green chutney.

Yummmmmyyy ! Wait for the amazinnnnggg cheese pull. 🤤
